All Australian domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post from our Melbourne warehouse, whereby you can track your order online.

We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to accept delivery between 8:00am – 6:00pm.

We will aim to leave the Order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase.  You must ensure that you are able to take Delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.  Our delivery partners may contact you via SMS prior to delivery to provide you with different delivery options, including giving ‘authority to leave’ the item at the address, or have delivery re-routed to a collection point.  Alternatively, the courier may leave a card requesting your instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier or a collection point.  

You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.

Please Note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Locker addresses. Orders to a PO Box or Parcel Locker address may be subject to cancellation.


All domestic orders are shipped via Parcel Post, absolutely free with no minimum spend!

Upgrade to Express Post for only $5 bucks, or, spend over $125 and we’ll cover that too!

Please Note: Next Business Day delivery service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.


All orders received within standard business hours between Monday - Friday will be processed for shipment within 24 hours. Orders are expected to be shipped the following business day, excluding the weekend or public holidays.

Once dispatched, Australia Post endeavour to deliver parcels in 2 or more business days if using Parcel Post, or 1-2 business days if selecting Express Post.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at

We've made it as easy as possible to track your order online. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us and Australia Post with your tracking details and estimated delivery date. We will also notify you via email or SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery so you're kept up to date.

Stock quantities are updated in real-time, however, in the unlikely event an item purchased is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund as stated in our Refund Policy.

If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately via email at to ensure adjustments can be applied. BLEK.BASIC cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order, however, our usual Returns Policy applies.
